After being a Communications Officer with the NHS, I decided to go it alone and created my business Rebecca Boyle Copywriting in 2020.

I began my career in the early '90s on the shop floor and worked my way up the corporate ladder into senior leadership roles through diverse environments including military, facilities management, and creating inclusive communities in sports and recreation.
Over the years, I’ve seen first-hand the real pressures business owners, executives and managers face: wearing too many hats, constant firefighting, and often having to make critical decisions with limited information. I've been there too.
That’s why I provide management and leadership support. Mentoring managers to overcome productivity challenges or preparing them for leadership roles, and with a Master's level in Strategic Management & Leadership, I work with executive teams, as their accountability partner to deliver on business strategic priorities.
